The Inner Work Dispatch is, for me, a place to reflect on my own mental health, self awareness, and emotional growth, while connecting with you as you process your own growth and healing. It’s also a place for us to share the things we’re learning about ourselves in this ever-changing and stress inducing world. Our need to grow and adapt is more important than ever and I hope this Substack will help you do just that. You aren’t alone if you are feeling a little bit uneasy these days. Especially if you are paying attention.
As I begin a new life in Palermo, Sicily, I wanted a change in my environment, away from the daily chatter and newsfeeds, to learn more about who I am and continue my love of doing the real, interior work required to be a human. I am a wanderlust at heart and exploration helps me grow and reflect. Spending time away from the familiar helps me understand who I am and who I want to become. And I hope that you’ll join me to do just that.
